The individual enterprise Deborah Gottardi (PI: 04833270269) with registered office in Treviso (TV), Via S. Margherita n. 8, in the person of the legal representative Deborah Gottardi (CF: GTTDRH88A59L407B), called “DELUXE” offers a study and consultancy service for second-hand (used) luxury goods, which is provided to the following:

CONDITIONS

1) Object. 
The goods are studied and evaluated exclusively on the basis of De-Luxe's knowledge and experience. This service is not intended as a certification or authentication activity of the goods, in particular, where the service is provided exclusively on the basis of photographs transmitted by the Customer. The service provided must therefore be understood as an opinion of De Luxe based on science and personal experience parameterized to the elements provided, such as, for example, adequate representation of the goods.

2) Price.
The price is agreed individually for each item, unless they fall within the price standards displayed.

3) Payment methods.
Payment is required in advance of the provision of the service according to the methods agreed for each service. In the absence of payment the service will not be provided.

4) Consulting and study of the property.
De-Luxe offers consultancy and study services for used luxury goods, in particular bags, of certain brands.
This activity can be carried out remotely or physically at the store.
For the service at the physical store it is necessary to physically bring the goods for an overall evaluation at the individually agreed price.
Payment of the price is always due when the evaluation of the goods is carried out following the Customer's request, regardless of whether the opinion given is acceptable to the Customer.

5) Method of providing the service remotely. Requests for integration / clarifications.
The service is provided on the basis of the material provided by the Client, generally through photos and videos made by the Client himself.
Following confirmation of the service order, the photos must be sent within the following 7 days. 
Following receipt of the photos, videos and any additional material and/or clarifications requested, De-Luxe will provide the service within the following 10 working days. The terms provided herein are not considered essential.
In the absence of adequate photos or failure to respond to requests for clarification, the service may not be provided or, alternatively, it may be provided on the basis of the elements provided with a partial evaluation of the goods, without prejudice to De-Luxe's right to retain the price of the service.

6) Responsibility. Exclusions.
This service is not intended as an authentication and certification service of the asset. The opinion given reflects exclusively a personal judgment according to the science and experience of De-Luxe.
De-Luxe, therefore, cannot be held responsible in the event that the opinion given is not satisfactory or appropriate for the Customer.
 De-Luxe is therefore not responsible in the event of a discrepancy between the opinion given and the actual state of the goods.

7) Certificate.
Upon request, a certificate of the consultancy and study carried out with the opinion issued may be issued. In any case, the opinion issued does not constitute a declaration or certification of authenticity.
